Surge the Census with the Library

Location: Online via WebEx

About This Event

On Monday, May 18 from 1-2pm, your college librarians are hosting a live Q & A session with an official Census expert to address common concerns and/or questions you may have prior to taking the Census.

The 2020 Census is a big deal. Being a massive, decennial (every ten years) event, it will determine congressional representation, inform hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding every year, and provide data that will impact communities for the following decade.

But of course a pandemic had to happen and complicate matters. Luckily, this is the first ever Census to be online.

Let’s show out for our school, and our communities and surge the Census!!
