  • Deadlines

    File your FAFSA as soon as possible after October 1st for the following Academic Year.

    Pell and Loans

    Applications for the Federal Pell Grant and the Direct Loan Program will be processed throughout the year if the student is still enrolled. If the student totally withdraws from college and then files the FAFSA, no federal grant or loan can be processed. If the student files after the school year has ended, no federal grant or loan can be processed.

    Campus-Based Aid Programs

    The Federal SEOG Grant and the Federal Work-Study Program have limited funding. Applications will be processed on a first-come basis for these two campus-based programs until funding has been exhausted.

    To be considered we recommend filing the FAFSA no later than:
    FALL SEMESTER - June 1st
    SPRING SEMESTER - December 1st


    NYS TAP

    The last day to file for the New York State TAP grant is June 1 of the academic year.
