Click TEST to make sure your new phone number and/or email address works.
No. Parents, guardians, and family members cannot subscribe directly.
However, students and employees may add additional phone numbers or email addresses through their own Rave Alert account. These contact methods may belong to a parent, guardian, family member, or others they want to receive alerts.
You may remove or change personal phone numbers or personal email addresses by logging in to Rave Alert at rave.ecc.edu and updating your contact methods. You cannot opt out of emergency messages sent to your SUNY Erie-issued email address.
SUNY Erie and Rave recommend updating your contact methods at rave.ecc.edu if you only want to change or stop how SUNY Erie alerts you. To stop receiving all Rave Alert text messages, you can reply STOP to 226787, 67283, 78015, or 77295. Replying STOP will block Rave Alert text messages from SUNY Erie and all other organizations that use Rave.
